Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that this number is essential for returns.
Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging, and include the RMA number inside the package. Ensure the item is undamaged and in its original condition.

Please clearly mark the package with “Return” for faster processing.
Ship the Package: Choose a suitable courier service to return the item. Please retain the shipping receipt for tracking purposes. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will typically be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing time may be delayed due to bank processing times. - Important Notes
Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable: Unless due to product defects or incorrect shipment, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
